Project Engineer Operations Aberdeen We are currently looking for a Project Engineer Operations, within the Subsea Services UK base in Altens, reporting to Senior Project Manager. As our new Project Engineer Operations you will: Participate in kick off and status meetings performed by relevant project. Make master equipment/ spares lists based on the planned offshore activities. Be responsible for ordering of Technical Service Personnel for the offshore operation. Plan the shipping dates of equipment on Master equipment lists based on the actual time schedule on ongoing offshore operations. Be responsible for performing morning meetings towards all ongoing offshore operations as well as pre and post job meetings. Be responsible for administration of the Offshore Reporting System (ORS). Be responsible for reporting equipment history into SAP typical: Tool Operations Log, Service notifications, Quality Notifications. Be responsible for reporting Offshore Experience Reports. On request, assist during preparation of Bids Co-ordination of QN's related to offshore activities Propose improvements. Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with Contract and TechnipFMC Project Management manual. Provide out of hours phone response when necessary The positions with us are diverse, and we need people who have demonstrated ability to lead, and work as part of a multi-functional and multi-cultural network / team.
