In our LEAD Early Career Programs for new college graduates, you can specialize in engineering, operations, commercial or technical sales, research and development, business, or supply chain management. You can also explore multiple disciplines in your rotations. Regional flexibility is a must, as these programs may take you anywhere in our US footprint.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow

A GPA of 3.2 or higher is preferred.
