Report reveals power companies are addressing future skills needs
With the engineering skills shortage remaining across all of the energy sectors, many industries are joining the struggle to attract and retain a talented future workforce.
Leading the way in this is the power sector, which the Global Energy Talent Index, a workforce report recently released by Airswift and Energy Jobline, discusses in its 2019 update. The report reveals that only 15 per cent of power professionals would not pursue a career in power if given the chance again.
