Renewables benefits from smart skills strategies, says new workforce report

Last week marked the release of the third edition of the Global Energy Talent Index, a global workforce study released by Airswift and Energy Jobline.

This year’s report places a strong focus on a sector-wide issue: the engineering skills shortage. Among Renewables, however, the effects of the skills crisis appear to be less of a concern, with its sister-sectors ranking it as the top industry to work in.

Energy Jobline and Airswift’s 2019 Global Energy Talent Index is up for grabs (free-of-charge) as of 22 January- click here to download the entire report now.

Not your sector? The GETI report also covers the Renewables, Oil and Gas, Power, Nuclear, and Petrochemicals industries.
