Job Description
  • Provide to Statoil PIN SA OPMM:
  • Execution of operational procurement for onshore and offshore OM/FPSO/Business support activities
  • Monitor and expedite deliveries onshore and offshore in SAP
  • Stakeholder engagement in order to execute and maintain routine operations running 24x7
  • Operational procurement for Peregrino Operations (WHP + FPSO) and Rio Office
  • Development, execution of frame work and eCatalogues to increase productivity and service level of the area.
  • Mindset for monitoring and follow-up inventory levels, (interface with user areas, Inventory planning cell, manual stock returns and adjustments) focusing on optimization of working capital
  • Accountable for material master data new registrations and updates/improvements
  • Support MIP and OTD improvement initiatives with material master data, when demanded
  • Monitor internal KPIs and contribute proactively to good performance
  • Contribute to a smooth transaction of FPSO insourcing
  • Be the focal point towards the WHPs-FPSO-Statoil purchase order status
  • Be focal point towards the Logistic to deal directly with quality management, such as:
  • inspections claims, repairs, DI's in grey zone, guarantee and claims. .

Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration
  • Experience in buying maintenance, spare parts and goods for onshore/offshore activities
  • Good communication skills in English and Portuguese
  • Interpersonal skills, stakeholder's management and team work ability;
