Mission

Participate in the development, implementation and manage all engineering, quality and monetary aspects linked to wind farms under warranty where the customer is self-performing maintenance and troubleshooting. Work cross-functionally to ensure compliance to the Quality Management System, Claims Management and associated Warranty Provision budget management

Main Functions

  • Participate in the development, implementation and maintenance of the specific processes linked to self-performing clients during warranty period
  • Work with senior management to strategically develop and align Quality Management System, Claims Management and crisis resolution priorities and activities
  • Communicate and report to the customers all relevant issues on a periodic basis and ad hoc when needed
  • Interface closely with project teams and services teams to develop and deploy project specific quality plans, systems and IT tools that comply with quality requirements and deliver customer satisfaction
  • Work with Purchasing and Quality teams to implement, develop and deploy quality plans, systems and KPIs to ensure suppliers and subcontractors deliver quality in their assignments having customer satisfaction as ultimate goal
  • Work closely with Corporate Quality to integrate quality processes and continuous improvement methodology
  • Lead problem solving (8D) teams for issues related to responsible projects
  • Other duties as required


Qualifications

2-3 years of University Studies in Engineering - Technical Studies

Other Knowledge

  • Quality Management principles (ISO9000, Lean Six Sigma)
  • Excel (including how to create Macros) advanced level.
  • Databases principles and management
  • Excel (including macros), Advance office (Word, Outlook, Powepoint)
  • SAP Intermediate
