ENERCON Services Inc., doing business for the Federal Government through our wholly owned subsidiary, ENERCON Federal Services (EFS), provides engineering and environmental services to many branches of the Federal Government. With extensive experience in engineering design, nuclear safety, decommissioning and environmental services, we are actively supporting large and small projects throughout the DOE complex. EFS also has current experience supporting operations and decommissioning efforts at US Army Corps of Engineers and National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) facilities.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to represent ENERCON at a customer site in Piketon, Ohio (Portsmouth Plant). Under limited supervision, performs secretarial and administrative duties in support of assigned personnel. Assignments may involve some complexity and confidential or sensitive information.

Duties include:
• Provides administrative support in a team environment
• Works closely with manager and team to handle any and all responsibilities assigned
• Networks with other administrative assistants to strengthen relationships and assure coverage during absences
• Coordinates meetings
• Prepares reports and presentations
• Coordinates or secures travel arrangements
• Prepares expense reports
• Operates office automation
• Creates and maintains department files
• Performs duties of a highly confidential nature requiring initiative, judgment and knowledge of company practice, policy and organization
• Coordinates autonomous projects (i.e., setting up training classes, service pins, group events)
• Work with minimum supervision allowing for some latitude for independent judgment requiring the use of organizational, prioritization skills, decision making, analytical and negotiating skills
• Performs duties general/routine to complex in nature
• Maintains knowledge of and demonstrates ability to perform work safely in accordance with all approved
• Actively participates in Safety Work Groups
• Other job related duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
• HS Diploma/GED and 5 years of related experience is required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient PC skills including Microsoft software
DOE L clearance or ability to obtain a DOE L clearance
