Youll be joining our Data and Consumption Reconciliation team, making sure the data we use to bill our customers is aligned to the data from our gas and electricity agents whilst ensuring our data feeds in appropriately to ensure the costs we incur are correct.

Role description

Due to a restructure within the department, this new opportunity has been created to up-skill and ensure the work resource can be spread across different skill sets within the team.

Youll be:

Effectively managing the resources to meet the Asset and Industry business plan

Conducting complex analysis, interpretation & recommendations

Introducing controls, KPIs and Reporting, across the function to the analyse performance and operational activity

Providing insight to deliver process improvements to ensure we are working in the most effective way

Managing Data and Reconciliation analysis

Presenting to Senior Management on performance across the team

Providing insight of the analysis to Senior Management, detailing key highlights of business activity and demand

Skills and experience

Data Management and Demand Management experience

Strong proven stakeholder management experience

Experience of managing and coaching a team

Strong analytical skills as you will be dealing with complex data analysis

Advanced Excel skills with the ability to produce packs on Powerpoint

Be able to translate technical language into business language to present to your audience

Strong influencing and communication skills

It would be nice if you also had, but not essential:
