Business Process Manager - ISO 9001
An electro-mechanical manufacturing company are urgently looking for an exceptional Business Process Manager with Quality Systems Experience.

- Knowledge of the quality standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSAS 18001
- Experience In Business process Management and Maturity Based Models
- Auditing to ISO 9001, Lead auditor experience would be desirable
The main responsibilities of this newly developed position is to manage internal and third party audits to ISO 9001 with the task to continuously improve processes, whilst ensuring compliance and overseeing the maturity improvements are effective across all sites. The vision for the site is to increase the efficiency of business processes by relentlessly leading the owners and their teams in improving and pro-actively managing their performance.
The salary on offer is up to an astounding £44,000 but is highly dependent on your experience with an amazing benefits package. There will be travel to other sites across the UK but you will predominantly be based out of the site in in Melksham.
The company want a Well-Rounded individual with a multitude of skills but ultimately has a practical working knowledge of Business Process Improvement and Quality Management systems.
