We currently have an opening for an Assistant to support our management team with complex administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include a wide range of activities, including the creation of compelling presentations on the basis of drafts, notes, and verbal input. Tasks:
- Oversee extensive diary management for several senior managers
- Arrange business-critical events, coordinate bookings for meeting rooms, and manage full range of logistics for video calls and conferences, including travel arrangements
- Research, compile, and analyze information from various sources and draw up presentations, special reports, organization charts, and correspondence
- Act as key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, initiate appropriate action, and prioritize matters according to urgency
- Handle wide range of communication tasks, ensuring knowledge and information is shared effectively and others are kept up to date
- Provide professional support for management team members, while maintaining confidentiality at all times

Requirements:
- Vocational qualifications in a commercial discipline, possibly complemented by advanced training as an executive assistant
- Several years' experience in a similar position, ideally at a multinational company
- Finely honed organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications
- Proactive mindset and excellent attention to detail
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Strong command of German and English, both written and spoken
