JOB SCOPE:
Direct the activities of Field Technicians and Field Operators and perform safe and quality service. Responsible for the actions and safety of the crew at all times in an on-shore or environment.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must have knowledge gained from past experience of the duties of a Service Technician I, II, III and IV.
Coordinate job with dispatcher pusher and company representative.
Required to lead pre-job safety meeting with essential personnel according to job description and policy established by product line.
Responsible for facilitating the job safety hazard analysis and permit to work.
Ultimately being responsible for all aspects of job performance, quality of services and customer satisfaction.
Conduct training of Service Technicians when needed and engage in processes according to purpose.
Operate 30 to 50 Ton Crane or Tandem Pole Trucks and be able to pass Industry Certification Standards
Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job. 
QUALIFICATIONS

 SKILLS & QUALIFICATION
Must be able to travel in the Permian area with some over night stays. 
Must be a subject matter expert in Pumping Unit Services. 3+years in Pumping unit services at min.
Must have worked in a prior leadership role as it relates to Pumping Services. (1-3 year min in a crew cheif role)
Must have a valid CDL-A.
Must be able to operate 30-50 ton crane. 
Experience and ablity to lead safety meetings to a crew. 
Good verbal communication skills
Possess supervisory skills
Should be able to work closely with fellow employees.
 Must have strong mechanical aptitude. 
The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.
Must reside in or near the Midland/Odessa area.
