  • Support the implementation of the HYDRO Management System and the monitoring of the Quality Management System and its processes
  • Management of non-conformances (NCM) system
  • Powermax deployment support
  • Support to the deployment of problem solving methods and tool

    Essential Responsibilities

    SUPPORT LOCATION ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE HYDRO MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND ON THE MONITORING OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND ITS PROCESSES:

    • Maintain and improve the effectiveness of Hydro organisations ISO 9001 certification
    • Execute internal audits and ensure the efficiency of internal audit's corrective and preventive actions
    • Maintain the effectiveness of the Quality Management System (locally/ European/globally) by ensuring the use of unique HEU templates, defined numbering system and the storage of all Quality documents created or up dated in HMS. Assure the maintenance of Quality Document Database (HMS): regular clean-up and updating
    • Monitor the collection of voice of internal and external Customers on process
      effectiveness and the deployment of related corrective / preventive actions
    • Assist or manage location quality data consolidation and analysis for KPI reporting (dashboard, indicators)

    MANAGEMENT OF NON-CONFORMANCES (NCM) SYSTEM:

    • Support, train and coach NCM database users.
    • Monitor report and improve the NCM's performance at location level.
    • Communicate the NCM system problems with NCM Central Administrators through Regional Administrator on time, and give solution suggestions

    SUPPORT POWERMAX DEPLOYMENT (IF NEEDED AND ADAPTED TO LOCATION CONTEXT):

    • Support, train and coach users about new rules and usages for quality domain

    SUPPORT TO THE DEPLOYMENT OF PROBLEM SOLVING METHODS AND TOOLS:

    • Support, train and coach related people to problem solving techniques (example: 8Ds, 5-Whys, Ishikawa (fishbone) diagram).
    • Follow-up, analyse and report on problem solving progress at their level

      Qualifications/Requirements


      • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Quality management ( or equivalent)
      • Significant ISO 9001 Quality System management or equivalent (e.g. ISO 91001, ISO/TS
      • Office Software (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, etc.)
      • Training and /or certification in ISO 9001 Quality System Auditing
      • Fluent in English and local language
      • EU Work Permit
      Non-national candidates are responsible to know the minimum documentation requirements to be able to be contracted in country: NIE- Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and Bank Account in Spain. They must be in possession of them at the time of start hiring. GE will not sponsor this requirement.
