You will be working within SAP COE Technical Delivery Team driving world class technical design leveraging industry standards SAP solution. Support delivery streams with solution architecture across functional domains, specializing Project systems, Treasury, Cash Management, QM domains.
Hands on SAP technical capabilities, application of methodologies and practices that support and enhance business objectives, strategic goals and internal client services engagements.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Specializing in the design, planning, support and deployment of global SAP implementations. Responsible for designing a large service or integration of services. Works independently and contributes to the immediate team and to other teams across business,

  • Expert in breaking down problems and estimate time for deployment tasks. Skilled in providing oversight and mentoring team members. Shows ability to effectively delegate work. Demonstrates the ability to make informed technology choices after due diligence and impact assessment. Understands whole enterprise,

  • Participate in the domain technical and business discussions relative to future architect direction,

  • Responsible for technical solution design of the SAP systems as part of SAP COE Technical Delivery team,

  • A strategic thinker from a solid technical background, experiences in IT Solution, Application and a solid record of Delivery implementations across a wide range of disciplines,

  • Understands the complexity and nuances in various phases of SAP projects with industry specific issues through an ITIL view,

  • Experience with global template deployment and integrations with multiple SAP modules,

  • Well-versed in ASAP implementation methodology, in managing all aspects of solution delivery both as hands on functional expert and also as a team lead/manager,

  • Good understanding of existing and emerging technologies in SAP and non-SAP space in the areas of Web Development, Cloud, In-memory Databases. Integration, Infrastructure and Security. Helps in designing interfaces and information exchange between service components.,

  • Possesses advanced domain knowledge and shows great customer focus. Articulates the need for scalability and understands the importance of improving quality through testing. Drives design reviews, defines interfaces between components, and applies existing technology to designs.


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) (or equivalent knowledge/experience),

  • Significant relevant experience Implementing and supporting SAP ECC with specialism in one or more components such as BI, Business Objects PI, Portal, SRM, CRM, BPM and MDM; specializing in the solution design, planning, support and deployment of global SAP implementations,

  • Should have worked in at least 3 full life cycle implementations,

  • Strong background assisting in technical solution architectural design, planning and managing SAP technical delivery.

Technical Expertise:
  • Strong SAP Technical knowhow with good understanding of cross functional domains including some of the key domains e.g. PS, FI-CO, QM, APO, ePM, Treasury, Cash Management, FSCM etc.,

  • Good understanding of SAP ABAP with latest knowhow on related technology,

  • Technical solution architecture capabilities,

  • Participates in domain technical and business discussions relative to future architecture direction aligning with business goals,

  • Gathers and analyzes data and develops architectural requirements at project level, aligning architectural requirements with software development strategy,

  • Reviews exceptions and makes recommendations to architectural standards at a domain level,

  • Understands technical and business discussions relative to future architecture direction aligning with business goals,
