Are you the natural born project manager and keen on working with projects related to global payroll? Right now Vestas is looking for a Project Manager with international experience in managing/developing larger international payroll projects.


Group Staff Functions /People & Culture /Global Operations /Global Vendor Management
The role we are recruiting for is based in HR/ Global Operations.
Globally HR consists of more than 170 employees, based in 5 HR regions globally.
Global Operations, with is 12 employees, supports the HR regions with (among other things) HR IT, Continuous improvement, vendor management (payroll and recruitment) & project management of larger HR initiatives.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this role includes:
  • Global projects related to payroll, i.e.: Time and Attendance, new market entries, exchange of external providers, building of generic project plans/ binder for future roll outs.
  • Working closely together with local HR/IT/Finance when working in project.
  • Support Global T&A project in COO
  • Evaluate (payroll) time capture solutions/ align these globally
  • Support regions in payroll projects
  • Expanding markets/ payroll projects
  • Exchange of local providers
  • Coordinate shadow payroll setups (payroll aspects only)
  • Accountable for execution of global payroll strategy
  • Global vendor/ performance management (concept, execution, data collection etc)
  • Building/ maintaining payroll performance dashboard (cost/ quality etc.)

Qualifications
The ideal candidate has:
  • At least 4 years of experience with managing/developing larger international payroll projects in more geographies.
  • Extensive knowledge to payroll/ time in a global context is a prerequisite.
  • 2-3 years of experience with project management is an advantage
  • Detailed local payroll legislation is not required but will naturally be an advantage
