The challenge? This position is required to oversee assigned projects under the Land Partnership Program (LPP) and have extensive knowledge of the C4I Inside Plant (ISP) Quality Assurance inspections, reporting, coordination, and Deficiency Resolution Processes in order to deliver integrated C4I ISP infrastructure and user solutions at USAG-Humphreys.  

Each day, the C4I Facilities Integration Project Integrator (PI) will be responsible for identification, validation, and integration of C4I requirements in related vertical projects, as well as project level issue resolution reports directly to the C4I FI HOD. This position is also responsible for the coordination process between the LPP projects and overall support required by the JTO for C4I management services to include but not limited to CATV, ESS, ISP-A, Systems, and others as required. Provides direct support to the program Sector JPFs on all C4I matters.  Conducts and attends meetings/workshops to ensure resolution of all C4I issues.  Supports the C4I QARs, C4I OSP section, and ISP engineers on C4I design and implementation requirements to ensure compliance with DoD Directives. During the construction efforts, the Project Integrator is the focal point coordinator with PMC JPFs, Project CMS, ISEC, DPW, DES, ESS Professionals, and local groups outside the Facility Group area of responsibility when related to C4I infrastructure Perform deficiency report analysis regularly on their projects to identify trends and problem areas which may be shown on other projects. The PI shall have 5 years' minimum experience with telecommunications facilities to ensure integration of C4I inside plant with all facilities on the LPP projects.    
Our C4I Facilities Integration Project Integrator will:
  • Be familiar with all project designs and review changes to project designs.
  • Coordinate schedules and installation of System's and ISP Active equipment when the effort is required.
  • Work with, coordinate, and support the Submittal Review Team to ensure contractor submittals comply, and do not conflict, with C4I directives. 
  • Ensure PMIS project data (C4I Action Register) is accurate and updated as needed to include the Construction modules on DTTs.
  • Conduct weekly PI/QAR meetings to share all information on project status and issues.
  • Follow and track change requests on their projects through final inspection of the CR work effort.
  • Review, comment, and ensure accuracy on all new designs as required under the program.
  • Share info with other PIs and QARs at the PI/QAR meeting.
  • Ensure strict compliance with special military type Tempest, COMSEC, OPSEC, Open Storage, and other security requirements related to the operations and protection of the C4I Infrastructure.   
 
Additional Information:
This position requires a 2-year commitment to live and work in South Korea. Background Check and Drug Test required. Must be a US Citizen.

The minimum qualifications for this position are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT or other closely related field or equivalent; an additional 4 yrs of experience may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelors degree.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications (MS Windows, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word, MS Internet Explorer, MS Outlook) and computer usage as a work tool.

  • Experience performing work within DoD programs
  • Knowledge of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Three Phases of Control System USACE
