Each day, the C4I Facilities Integration ISP QA Representative position is required to oversee all C4I Inside Plant (ISP) Quality Assurance inspections, reporting, coordination, and Deficiency Resolution Processes for YRP Facilities in order to deliver integrated C4I ISP infrastructure and user solutions at USAG-Humphries. This position performs C4I ISP QA inspection/supervision in support of the Project's PMs/CMS at the site, and performs QA test, QC test inspection, and various reporting. The QAR reports directly to the C4I Facility Integration Head of Department and keep them informed of all inspections and their respective findings.  The QAR also will report to the respective project's C4I Project Integrator on matters relating to Contractor C4I submittals.  The QAR attends the Pre-Inspections and Initial Inspection of major disciplines to check the meeting result, traces quality, safety check, construction defects and compliances for reporting. This position also supervises whether the Contractor performs its job in accordance with projects Quality Control Plan, Risk Prevention Plan and Work Hazard Analysis, performs invoice review and schedule monitoring, and reviews C4I drawing and specifications for construction. This position reviews C4I contents in various submittals (plans) and material approval forms.
Additional Information:
This position requires a 2-year commitment to live and work in South Korea. Background Check and Drug Test required. Must be a US Citizen.

The minimum qualifications for this position are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT or other closely related field or equivalent; an additional 4 yrs of experience may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelors degree.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications (MS Windows, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Word, MS Internet Explorer, MS Outlook) and computer usage as a work tool.
