Role synopsis
The Logistic Supervisor is a member of the Supply Chain Team and is responsible to ensure effective and timely implementation of all Logistics daily operational at Merak Plant Warehouse

He / She responsible to develop and initiate monthly reports, metrics including productivity measurements

He / she support inventory management at Merak Plant WH, including manage replenishment to DC warehouse and ensure, any goods load (un) into /from lorry is in good condition, correct SKU, correct quantity and load secure inside lorry.

The role covers a range of responsibilities for safety activities at Merak Plant WH

The role will be directly reporting to Logistic Manager

Key accountabilities
General Responsibilities :
  • To ensure all safety procedure followed at Merak Plant WH operations
  • Support inventory management consisting of reconciling and maintaining of finished goods inventory by SKU with planning and production team
  • Responsible for replenishment at DC Warehouse on time and accurate
  • Ensure KPI for primary Transport contractor are monitor according to WWC framework
Distribution
  • Responsible for RCCP are manage and met considering replenishment and unload raw material activities
  • Plan and arrange STOT planning of delivery replenishment to DC Warehouse
  • Accountable and Responsible to achieve In Full On Time (IFOT) achievement by ensuring effective replenishment
  • Ensure load are optimize and use correct MOT
  • Establish and manage relations with Planning team, production team, import team and transporter.
  • Execute sales order process for bulk delivery
  • Analyze primary distribution activities , seeking the opportunity of reduce in transportation cost
  • Assist Distribution Manager by check of contractor invoices and month-end processing to incorporate with finance for freight accruals for primary transport
Warehousing
  • Responsible and Accountable for Stock Accuracy and Inventory of FG at Merak Plant Warehouse
  • Oversee and monitor availability of stock to reduce shortages, working closely with planning team , production team , CSU and DC Logistic Supervisor
  • Manage product retrieval using FIFO methodology and monitor product shelf live before send to DC Warehouse
  • Oversee and monitor availability of stock to reduce shortages
  • Assist Logistic Manager in manage S&H budget related to activities of Merak Plant Warehouse
  • Assist Logistic Manager is scheduling the stock take at Merak Plant WH
  • To ensure product received from Plant Warehouse and import are correct
  • Channeling with QC team for any re-test, quarantine and damage products
HSSE
  • Ensure WH Quality standard Policy are implemented
  • Assist Logistic manager in ensuring the compliance of the HSSE' s policy for primary transportation & PME operations
  • Assist Logistic manager in enforcement and execution of HSSE initiative according to the HSSE' s calendar at Plant Warehouse
  • Conducting safety spot check and conversation at Merak Plant WH
Others
  • Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement
  • Develop, articulate and maintain logistic process documentation
  • Follow up internal complaint and channeling to production / QC for further action


Essential Education
Minimum Diploma Degree in any discipline

Essential experience and job requirements
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Warehousing , Distribution or Logistic Field
  • Knowledge in Warehouse & Distribution Management
  • Good knowledge of Indonesia distribution route and mode of transport used
  • Proficiency of ERP system ( JDE , SAP, or Oracle ) and MS office
