Role synopsis
• Provide administrative support to the LSC team.
• Ensure that loss controlling is completed on time
• Document control and management
• Stationary control and management.

Key accountabilities
• Loss controlling bulk orders and relevant credit notes
• Supplier order capturing and processing in JDE
• General document control and filing
• Document preparation and control for micro filming
• Management, ordering and control of office stationary requirements
• General admin support for the LSC team at the warehouse.
• Compile daily and monthly dashboard
• Compile customer service measurement (In Full on Time - IFOT)
• Assist with monthly stock take

Essential Education
  • Matric plus additional admin qualification
  • Experience in General office administration
  • General computer literacy
  • Advanced excel (essential)
  • Exposure to ERP system - JDE (desired)


Essential experience and job requirements
• Advanced Excel
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Basic Microsoft computer skills
• Willingness to go the extra mile.
• Must be able to work as part of a team
• Sound knowledge of filing and document control processes.
• Knowledge of JDE systems would be advantageous
