A pioneering growing business who are developing innovative technology which will revolutionise the clean energy market are seeking a Project Manager to join their team in South Oxfordshire due to an increase in projects and collaborations.

This is a dynamic working environment where everyone is committed to quality. The Project Manager will need to be someone who is confident of challenging others without damaging relationships, has good people, presentation and communications skills and can motivate others. The company are looking for someone with strong problem solving and resource management skills, who can develop innovative solutions to difficult problems in short timescales with limited resources.

The Project Manager will be solely responsible for specifying and delivering projects to an agreed timescale and within an agreed budget. The role would also require skills in the planning and control of milestones, risk management, internal and external reporting, supplier management and quality control. You must be a team player who is decisive, adaptable and able to cope with change.

The essential requirements to apply for this role are:

- Minimum of five years experience managing complex projects

- A well-developed understanding of project management methodologies such as Prince 2 or similar

- Track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure

- Good technical and engineering understanding (Chemical engineering exposure beneficial)

This position would provide a salary up to £45,000 with flexibility possible for the ideal candidate. You would also receive benefits including private healthcare for self and family and pension contributions matched up to 6%.
