Do you have experience in Service Sales, with the ability to see strategically and implement operationally? We are looking for a skilled communicator who can identify, and drive, best practice and improvement initiatives in our Global Service Sales processes.

Process & Systems is a team of specialists responsible for developing and governing the landscape of service processes, systems and master data, to increase customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Best practices are leveraged from across the global service business, the wider Vestas organisation and other industries.

The increased focus on service of non-Vestas machinery brands brings an exciting dimension to the development of the Vestas service landscape. This department is responsible for successfully integrate process and system requirements of non-Vestas machinery activities into global processes, and project manage the integration of processes and systems for recently acquired Independent Service Providers (ISP), Availon and UpWind.

You will be responsible for shaping activities in all areas of the Service business to reflect commercial priorities. Through identification, scoping and implementation of process improvement initiatives and projects, you will drive the embedment of a lifetime, fleet-wide commercial mindset across the organisation. In addition to specific project deliverables, you are to ensure collaboration is built across the wider service organisation - through effective stakeholder management and sustainable global solution implementations.

As an integrated member of the Global Service team, you will stay engaged with front-line sales colleagues through your work in Commercial Business Process Expert Forums. In collaboration with Business Process Specialists from across the Vestas organisation, you will proactively develop the Service Sales process landscape.

The right candidate has worked in a similar role and/or has worked in front-line service sales.

We expect you have:
  • Experience leading sales process change implementations globally
  • Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal
  • Managed large projects with multiple global stakeholder groups

Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have:
  • Worked with Service Sales in an engineering industry
  • Customer or Contract Management experience

Additional information
Primary work location is in Copenhagen, Denmark. Travel is to be expected and will be approximately 20 days per year.
