Service > Service Sweden/Finland > Region South Sweden
Special task is a department within Vestas Service handling complex tasks like exchange of main components, training of Service Technicians etc. The aim of the role is to drive the business and its growth towards long-term profitable growth by delivering first class customer service and exceed the customer's expectation. The team leader should ensure that the operation runs smoothly by building highly efficient teams and enabling them to work in a safe and productive way.

Responsibilities
Your primary tasks will be:
  • Recruit, lead, develop and retain co-workers within own department
  • Ensure safe working environment as well as safe working conditions
  • Seek and drive improvement projects
  • Develop new business cases
  • Build and retain excellent customer relationship leading to high customer satisfaction as well as solid financial success, for both the customer and Vestas
  • Financial responsible for own team, ensure a cost efficient way of working
  • Create, build and retain excellent relationship with other departments within Vestas

Qualifications
On the professional level you are/have:
  • Several years' experience of leading others, ideally gained in a Technical Services or Logistics related service environment
  • Experience in project management and project coordination
  • Oral and written fluency in English and Swedish
  • SAP experience is a plus

On the personal level you are/have:
  • Solid leadership characterized by being a good example, communicate in a clear and understandable way as well as acting in a simple, collaborative and take full accountability for own team
  • Financial understanding and ability to steer own area towards long term profitability
  • Ability to get involved in complex technical issues
  • Ability to drive projects both independently and in a team
  • An ability to remain calm under pressure, and to handle varying workloads
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships with both external customers as internal stakeholders at different levels
  • Self-driven and self-motivated

Additional information
The position is based in Sweden. Role responsibility will cover both Sweden and Finland. This position will require approx. 80-100 days of travelling.
