Our client, a Swiss investment advisor, is looking for a Vice President who is interested in the area of client relations and sales to support the team in Frankfurt.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic client relationship management programme
  • Relationship management and fundraising with existing and new German investors
  • Product management for existing funds (coordination of investor reporting together with investment teams, liquidity planning/drawdowns, fund valuation, legal requests)
  • Structuring of new solutions for investments in sustainable energy infrastructure
  • Orchestration of distribution partners
  • Management of fund administrator (subscription, closing, capital call and distribution processes, general assembly, etc.)
  • Preparation of investors' due diligence

Key Requirements:

  • University degree in business administration, economics, finance, marketing or related fields
  • Experience in advising investors
  • Deal orientated
  • Number of years’ experience in the client relations, fund advising, structuring or legal department
  • Excellent communication – German (native) and English, other European languages are beneficial
