A support services and facilities management organisation are seeking a Head of QHSE. You will work on an embedded basis with an educational organisation, part of team who provide a range of facilities management services across their diverse estate. You will be a senior manager, working with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver QHSE plans and develop a behavioural safety culture across the estate. You will also have line management responsibility for a large, multi-disciplinary team, so previous team management experience is essential.

The Role:

Develop and deliver QHSE plans in line with QHSE strategy
Build and develop effective relationships with stakeholders to improve QHSE performance
Audit contractors to ensure they are compliant with company and statutory regulations
Provide monthly reports on QHSE performance to direct the shaping of QHSE policy, strategy and product development
Work with Business Continuity function to ensure a detailed plan is in place

The Candidate:

NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification
CMIOSH or working towards
Proven senior level experience in a QHSE role; demonstrable leadership and team management skills
Able to build and develop professional relationships with key stakeholders
QHSE experience within an educational, public sector, property or facilities management environment
