Jacobs, Orange, CA is seeking a Bridge/Structural CADD Drafter to join its team.

  • Ability to develop bridge general plan and elevation sheets with moderate direction.
  • Standard work methods are followed for preparing Bridge PS&E drawings under moderate supervision.
  • Has a good understanding of the general and detailed aspects of a typical bridge projects.
  • Works under limited supervision; work is reviewed for adequacy on completion.
  • Good communication skills.


  • 4 years of Bridge drafting experience required
  • HS graduate or equivalent required (specialized training or education may be substituted for part of the experience)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills preferred
  • Must have experience with current versions of Microstation.
  • Civil 3D and Inroads experience is a plus.
  • Ability to follow client standards as well as proper sheet set up and managing external references is required.
