As the Account Operations Specialist you will be responsible for activities and processes that help the Sales Organization achieve business objectives. This role will align with the region Sales Directors and Account Managers supporting region operating rhythm with focus on people, process, and tools.

Essential Responsibilities

In addition you will:
  • Support the Account Managers & overall Sales team to grow the various accounts across all Power product lines and technologies
  • Develop detailed, Strategic Account plans with the Power Services sub-region Account Management team
  • Monitor, maintain and report progress and actions defined in the Strategic Account plans
  • Be responsible for supporting region growth initiatives, sales operations strategies, and processes driving long term & short term business objectives
  • Maintain sales force metrics, assist in pipeline development, outage forecasting and provide advanced planning support for region business operating summary
  • Responsible for supporting prioritized Product Line Campaign initiatives
  • Analyze opportunity pipeline in CRM tool and produce reports with focus on data quality
  • Have the ability to support and work in a matrix environment across multiple teams



Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales / Commercial
