Responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order. Includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping, sometimes in a shop structure. Includes craft & non craft labour as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Coordinate resources to achieve goals with a timely and cost-effective strategy
  • Lead and assist in daily operations
  • Develop, coordinate, lead, and execute daily production plans and coordinate consistent and effective shift-to-shift transition
  • Develop and implement process controls
  • Support operations leader in the strategic planning of manpower, equipment, and other resources
  • Contribute in the development of a business plan for the business unit as a whole
  • Involvement in discussions with other disciplines about future developments and consequences for the business unit
  • Major contributor to the strategic plan of higher unit
  • Present to top leadership in the business solutions (SEB, Sr. VP) on technical discipline and business solutions
  • Work with cross business teams and important business unit clients
  • Engage in complex long-term processes with important clients


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in General Operations Support
