Financial Solutions Advisor - £15,767 per annum + Up to £100 per month OTE Are you looking for a rewarding customer services career with great opportunities for development? If so, we have the perfect role for you here at npower!

Were currently looking for talented customer service individuals to join our well established Financial Solutions team at our bespoke call centre near Houghton-le-spring, County Durham.

The Role Working as part of the Outbound Financial Solutions team, you will be essential in helping our customers settle outstanding payments on their accounts. Offering friendly advice and negotiating payment plans that are beneficial to both the customer and the business.

This is a challenging role, but we want you to excel while working with us so you will be given full support and industry training to help you deliver a customer service that is second to none.

Working Hours To keep up with our customers requirements and maintain a quality service, successful individuals will join us on a full-time, permanent basis working Monday Friday, 12pm 8pm, with rotational Saturdays (This is 1/3, working between the hours of 8:00am 6:00pm).
