For our EPC Project Organization we are looking for an experiences Project Planning & Controls Specialist. The ideal candidate would lead planning, scheduling and cost control efforts for all project phases. Maintain and analyze actual and forecasted schedules, cost and risk as well as monitor, report and manage cost deviations. Tasks:
- Ensures that an integrated schedule and cost control performance measurement process for the project's entire scope of work is provided
- Analyzes project requirements with project team, checks that all essential work activities have been identified in sufficient detail to set up realistic project schedule
- Defines together with project team work and cost breakdown structure
- Monitors project progress and regularly analyzes project critical paths to ensure all critical path activities and project milestones are progressed - notifies project management on any deviation or scheduling issues and provides input for optimization
- Issues progress reports, program updates and productivity data on a regular basis
- Establishes baseline plan for cost and cash-flow performance measurement and accurately monitors cost and project cash-flow development
- Is closely working together with various stakeholders to identify potential changes in scope and quantify the impact of each change
- Works closely with project team to assess the priority of project risks and to propose mitigation plans. Analyzes impact of risk on the overall timeline and cost
- Participates in project reviews and composes reports and updates in project control systems and SAP for the Management

Requirements:
- Solid project planning background required
- Experience in the planning of large EPC projects advantageous
- Solid Project Control Systems and SAP knowledge required
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluency in English required - additional languages a plus
