As the Senior Enterprise Architect, you will lead the program to develop, maintain and govern the Enterprise Architecture (EA) across the organization.

Essential Responsibilities

The Senior Enterprise Architect will:
  • Provides architectural support across teams. Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms.
  • Influences direction of technical solutions within specific technology / service.
  • Partners with direct peers in technical space to collaboratively develop and drive solutions.
  • Craft adaptable, comprehensive and feasible solutions by creating necessary blueprint documents for functional requirements and technical specifications.
  • Review and/or participate in solution build activities on SAP implementations, roll outs, or upgrade projects.
  • Lead end-to-end implementations plus engage as solution architect simultaneously with other SAP projects that are in progress and support team.
  • Review current standards and revise to ensure best practices.
  • Review design recommendations to ensure quality and consistency across the footprint.
  • Review all SAP functional specifications to ensure quality solutions are proposed and not duplicating existing functionality.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis via discovery by engaging with business units.
  • Oversee the evaluation and selection of EA standards.
  • Act as a center of expertise, staying abreast of developments in the SAP space and continually upgrading functional knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge of BW, HANA and SAP Security.




Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field of study.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Technical Architecture.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with SAP Integration Solutions - batch, near real-time and real-time integrations.

Desired Characteristics

  • TOGAF Certified
  • Experience with SAP integrations technologies like PI / PO and other non-SAP middleware solution like Oracle FMW, TIBCO
  • Ability to translate business needs into EA requirements
  • Knowledge of SAP HANA implementation
  • Ability to rapidly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and drive change in a complex matrix environment
  • Familiarity with software applications and tools used in Industrial companies
  • Knowledge of all components of holistic enterprise architecture
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills
  • Knowledge of business re-engineering principles and processes
