This position will report to the General Manager of the region, and is accountable for value creation through full life-cycle ownership of the products and services within the Product Line. This position will manage a team responsible for growing product revenue, margin and overall share of the LATAM Power Services business.

Essential Responsibilities

This leader will lead and develop the Product Line organization, inclusive of these skills: leadership, product strategy, customer value creation, technology innovation, cost out, operational excellence, and business acumen. In this role, you will:

• Be accountable for the products and customer offerings within the product lines, driving direction in all matters related to margin, revenue, share and investment
• Work across a highly matrixed organization (sales, marketing, technology , supply chain and services operations) and ensure collaboration and teamwork in delivering a quality product to our customers;
• Determine what geographies we should operate in and identify and build a network of partners within these geographies;
• Collaborate with product technology owners and solution teams to normalize / prioritize requirements, account for regulatory compliance trends, simplify the way we deliver to the market place, project sales growth, and be accountable for multi-year growth in selected segments.
• Anticipate and identify the long-term needs and opportunities for the business in order to create significant market power and sustainable competitive advantage
• Identify growth opportunities via adjacencies, alliances, and partnerships.
• Develop effective regional marketing capabilities.
• Work with sales / services teams to define the best path to market for proposed product solutions and be able to implement / influence org and process change as necessary to grow business.
• Align sales force around the go to market strategy. Frames and communicates the value proposition and designs effective measures to win to competition
• Engage on global NPI programs and develops regional NPI pipeline instrumental to grow LATAM PS in the mid and long terms.
• Be accountable for talent development and succession planning.
• Design and implement the growth strategy for the regional PS organization.
• Lead /coach / mentor, inspire and develop direct reports, conduct annual appraisals salary /action plan.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related discipline from an accredited university or college
• Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, marketing, or sales.
• Five years of leadership experience in Power or Oil &Gas sectors.
