As the Staff Data & Information Architect, you will work on multiple Data & Information projects as a project leader or internal consultant. Works on projects for components of the domain.

Essential Responsibilities

As the Staff Data & Information Architect, you will:
  • Participate in the data domain technical and business discussions relative to future architect direction
  • Assist in the analysis, design and development of a roadmap, design pattern, and implementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint
  • Gather and analyze data and develops architectural requirements at project level
  • Participate in the Data Governance Council
  • Support the development data and data delivery platforms that are service-oriented with reusable components that can be orchestrated together into different methods for different businesses
  • Research and evaluate emerging data technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities
  • Coach and mentor team members
  • Effectively monitor and control costs in the organization
  • Participate in the design and coding of secure software development and at least one other cyber sub-domain
  • SAP BW Architect 7.3 or higher (BOBJ, BEx Analyzer, WEBi, Analysis for Office)
  • SAP HANA Architect 10.0 or higher (Analysis for Office, Fiori, HANA Views, SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT))
  • L3 production support for SAP BW
  • Experience in SAP NetWeaver
    BI 7.4 technology
  • Experience with development
    of BEx queries, workbooks, key figures and variables
  • Strong working knowledge of
    SAP BI 4.2 tools including Design Studio, Dashboards, WEBI, Explorer, Analysis
    for OLAP/Office
  • Knowledge of ABAP code
    including user exits, function modules and start/end/expert routines
  • Experience with Information
    Broadcasting


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in a "STEM" Major (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) (OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology or Software)
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a technical area (Architecture, Software, or Information Technology)
  • Minimum of 10 years of
    experience in: SAP BI/BW, BOBJ, ABAP and SAP Report Development.
  • Minimum of 10 years of
    Configuration of BW data objects: InfoObjects, Transformations, Routines and
    BADIs, DTPs, InfoProviders (DSOs, InfoCubes, and MultiProviders), and Process
    Chains.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
  • Ability and willingness to travel, as required
  • Ability and willingness to work out of an office in Atlanta, GA
