Position Description
Saudi Aramco, long known for its leadership in oil exploration, production, and refining, is seeking an experienced Planning and Performance Management (P&PM) Specialist to join our growing Downstream P&PM Team. Saudi Aramco Downstream is composed of Refining, Marketing, Logistics, Chemicals and Power Generation segments. Of primary interest is experience in Leading/Supporting the P&PM function of a large multi-national organization, preferably in the Downstream sector of an Oil and Gas Company. Serving as a senior advisor, the successful candidate will provide professional analysis, advise, guidance and leadership in the resolution of complex, cross-functional, non-routine P&PM issues that have significant importance to the Segment. Suitable candidates will preferably have a thorough understanding of Downstream operations, including refining operations and economics, logistic dynamics, plant operations, process technologies, supply and product logistics, business drivers, cost drivers, and feedstock sensitivities.

Minimum Requirements
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, and have a minimum of 15 years related P&PM experience.

Certification (CPA, CMA, and CFA) and/or substantial experience in a leadership role with P&PM of a leading company is highly preferred.

A working knowledge of oil and gas industry markets and dynamics is desirable.

Duties and Responsibilities
You will be required to provide analytical findings & recommendations relating to regular P&PM tasks such as business plan preparation, performance tracking measurement, and performance analysis and accountability reporting.

Conduct special P&PM-related studies such as the development of performance initiatives and business cases, benchmarking, risk management, design and re-design of measurements, processes and workflows, and information system-related changes.

Provide supervision, coordination and/or facilitation in the execution of regular and special tasks by other P&PM personnel, as well as mentorship on P&PM analytical practice.

Make recommendations for technical/economic optimization of existing facilities.

Lead feasibility/profitability studies for new Downstream facilities.
