Responsibilities
  • Support development of B2C/SME portfolio strategy
  • Plan and manage the B2C/SME portfolio of development projects and commercialized solutions
  • Support recommendations to Head of B2C/SME solutions to allocate and control budget to domains based on strategic fit, market trends, and competition
  • Review allocation of resources and experts across B2C/SME domains and recommend reprioritization/reallocation if needed
  • Coordinate the product lifecycle management process incl. market launch and decommissioning from a holistic portfolio perspective to balance solutions across domains & portfolio stages - in alignment with portfolio strategy
  • Drive alignment with other Portfolio Management functions within the CMO area on portfolio and performance related topics
  • Support Head of Strategy & Portfolio Management in building up a B2C/SME Solution community
  • Foster and maintain working relationships with key internal CMO and E.ON stakeholders


Qualifications
  • University degree in business, engineering, or natural sciences with strong academic record
  • Experience in strategic portfolio management and process management (experience in portfolio management and risk management with fundamental, bottom-up approach and value-driven portfolio management philosophy is a plus)
  • Proven capabilities in project management and execution, delivering high quality output in a short period of time and effectively engaging with line managers
  • Strong analytic capability, business acumen and intellectual capability, including the ability to simplify complex problems and translate solutions into a clear decision points and work planĀ 
  • Creative and open-minded individual with an ability to link theoretical scenarios with actual feasibility for the company
  • Takes initiative, acts with a sense of urgency and thrives for excellence - attention to detail and follow-up with strong results orientation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus (German, Russian, Italian or other)
