-          Understand China nuclear I&C market and customers' needs  by initiating service related market research studies, competitive analysis, and identifying  market trends,  poactively identifying customers' evolving needs  to discover new market opportunities and alternative solutions.
-          Consistent with WCEO organizational strategic goals, define the I&C after market business strategy, Defining product/service requirements utilizing marketing intelligence, identification of market trends and competitive market analysis to ensure the strong customer value proposition and sustainable/profitable growth of service business.
-          Work with product line, business development, engineering and other functions to define business model, scope of service/products offerings to grow the China nuclear I&C after-market service business.
-          Establish the business process/procedures for I&C after-market service, including the offer development process and project execution/management to ensure a high efficient operating system for I&C service business.
-          Work with functional teams to achieve the performance goals for I&C service business set by WCEO.
-          At initial phase, lead and manage the execution of the small-scale service project to achieve project target in terms of quality, schedule, cost as well as customer's satisfaction.
Establish China local service capability by leveraging resources from different functions and driving technical training/mentoring program.
 

Job Requirements
  • -          Functional knowledge: familiar with nuclear I&C products and service, understanding the industry market and customers
    -          Leadership: lead through a matrix organization to drive complex issue resolution.
    -          Communication; good at negotiation and influcing, professional interpersonal skill. Effective communications with internal and external customers/stakeholders.
    -          Demonstrate the strength or potential on costomer value, commercial prowess, and flawless execution
