You will become member of global Service Sales working across five Service Sales regions in Europe, North and Latin America and Asia-Pacific. It is our ambition to build a strong Service Sales organization that fosters collaboration across our regions and between the Global Service Sales and Service Sales regions, ensuring alignment on Service Sales targets, strategic initiatives, and development of sales capabilities. Service regions have full profit & loss responsibility and are therefore accountable for regional revenue and margin targets, whereas Global Service Sales is accountable for revenue and margin growth on a global level. Global Service Sales sets the revenue and contribution margin ambition level across Service Sales regions.

The Service Sales organization drives growth within three service business areas:
1) Maintenance: Service contracts for new power plants and our large installed fleet
2) Parts & repair: Spare parts and repair offerings outside service contracts
3) Fleet optimization: Upgrade products optimizing profitability of the installed fleet

Responsibilities:

In this role you report to the Head of Service Region, Vice President, and have a functional dotted reporting line to Head of Global Service Sales, Vice President.

You will be leading three business area teams, Service Account Managers, and commercial operations in the Service Sales region. You are fully accountable for all revenue streams and sales channels in the Service Sales region and across our three service business areas. In addition, you are overall responsible for the Vesta`s customer experience in your service region.

Key tasks:
  • Develop service business areas sales teams with strong business development skills
  • Build an account management team with hunter & challenger profiles
  • Develop commercial operations team deal closer & commercial operations profiles
  • Maximize business portfolio with biggest wind asset owners through customer intimacy
  • Secure customer orientation across all Service Sales roles
  • Work with global Service Sales on setting the ambition levels for annual budget and stretched sales targets
  • Work with global Service Sales on building an ambitious 2020 Service Sales growth plan
  • Lead deployment of Service Sales growth plans across business area teams and Account Managers
  • Provide input to service product roadmap and support launch management of new products
  • Set direction for sales & marketing plan together with global Service Marketing and SBU Marketing
  • Ensure that regional commercial operations deploy principles on sales performance management, annual budgeting and strategic forecasting set by global Service Sales
  • Drive business and customer intelligence, lead & opportunity management and price & margin management with support from global Service Sales
  • Provide input for CRM and sales process management, ensuring execution speed and insights in frontline
  • Contribute to the development of a strong global Service Sales organization

Qualifications:
  • Master level degree from business school or university
  • Experience Senior Sales leader, preferable with account management experience
  • International leadership experience
  • Proficient English
