Join our Constellation team and become part of Exelon's competitive retail and wholesale energy business. Constellation is headquartered in Baltimore, with regional offices in Chicago, Green Bay, Houston, Kennett Square, Louisville, and New York.

This position will be responsible for developing and implementing the internal and external customer experience for new product and channel partnerships within Constellation's Mass Markets organization. The position will collaborate with a variety of multi-disciplined, cross functional teams throughout Constellation. The role will also interact with outside partners to drive the implementation of pilot programs and new products. This position reports to the leader of Channel and Product Development.

The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Works as the Business Development leads on a subset of partnership and channel management tasks including pre-contract negotiations, coordination of partner or channel strategy development, onboarding, and integration of partner into Mass Markets systems and processes
  • Manages the requirements development for systems enhancements, process development, and tracking/reporting elements necessary for the activation and integration of new partnerships and channels
  • Designs, develops and ensures a robust and consistent customer experience for customer facing pilots and trials, including evaluation of customers facing mobile apps and portals
  • Collaborates on the development of marketing programs and communications to support the success of new product initiatives
  • Oversees the collaboration with a variety of multi-disciplined cross functional teams/organizations throughout the retail organization
  • Ensure tracking of all key metrics for marketing campaigns and initiative results
  • Responsible for meeting Constellation's Retail Energy business unit goals for Key Strategic Initiatives including revenue, margin, acquisition and customer retention by implementing specific marketing programs

Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Public Relations, Finance, Business, Economics, Public Policy, Communications, or related discipline.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in marketing communications, marketing programs, campaign development and project management.
  • Ability to identify and evaluate potential partner and pilot programs to support the overall goals and objectives of Mass Markets
  • Demonstrated Business-to-Consumer and Business-to-Small Business experience
  • Experience in results-oriented and results-driven environments.
  • Excellent written and oral communications a must.
  • Demonstrated communications skills and experience in messaging, copywriting, and editing.
  • Database, campaign tracking/measurement and metric reporting experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work, seek advice, and develop solutions in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong computer background and skills including PC, Excel, Access, etc
  • Superior attention to detail.
