The Senior Control Centre Analyst is accountable to the Control Centre Manager for the effective delivery of Control Centre services, ensuring that business process and service performance is managed, understood, reported and issues or gaps in monitoring are addressed in a timely manner. The Senior Control Centre Analyst has accountability for assuring a third party Control Centre and managing the processes and tools that underpin the Control Centre operation.The post holder is responsible for providing leadership to the team in the timely management of events (proactive and reactive) to agreed SLA's and supporting new projects, assessing the impact of change on the Control Centre, ensuring changes to business processes or IT services are reflected in the monitoring that supports the service. The Senior Control Centre Analyst will contribute to the continual service improvement focus by ensuring that improvement initiatives are identified and managed to ensure services continue to evolve and meet the customer and business objectivesQualifications & Experience:A degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience;An ITIL/IT Service Management qualification;Qualified to the appropriate level in an Information Systems Examinations Board (ISEB) qualification.Experience of business and systems analysis;Experience of Supplier Management;
