KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Responsible for the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment
  • Review repairs that are pending and need to be completed
  • Troubleshoot equipment and vehicles
  • Perform preventative maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting on equipment
  • Maintain work orders and organize received work orders
  • Strong ability to work in a group and individually
  • Handles special projects as assigned
  • Ability to work 8 days on and 6 days off schedule

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum Completion of 3 rd year trade schooling - Heavy Equipment
  • 3 years of technical experience
  • Must be mechanically inclined
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong electronic skills
  • Must have their own tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
  • Class 1 license
  • Journeyman License to work on Heavy Equipment

OTHER DETAILS
  • Work schedule will be 8 days on and 6 days off schedule.
  • Travel 40-50% of the time.
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
