JOB SCOPE:
Responsible for coordinating sales, direction and reporting for all Weatherford product line field sales personnel in their assigned geographic area.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Takes Direction from assigned Sales Supervisor/Manager.
Have understanding of WFT technical capabilities and service, and effectively communicates product line services and technology to all product line sales people.
Design and help sales people develop a routine and structured sales plan.
Coordinate all product line sales people to share each other's customer contacts and relationships, as well as use their field travel to help with carrying equipment and tickets to and from the field.
Assist and coordinate any product line training deemed valuable to sales team.
Administer, collect and assimilate daily and weekly field sales reports.
Log sales reports and enter into Sales Force.
Coordinate field sales information with Sales Supervisor to best use the results to increase sales for the area.
Responsible for relaying competitive information back to the appropriate product line stakeholders, including pricing, good/bad product performance, marketing material, activities, and new products/technology.
Set weekly sales meetings to discuss and plan sales strategies.
Set monthly sales meeting with All Product Line Sales Coordinator and field sales people.
Design ongoing reward and bonus programs for sales team.
Develop and assign regular in house team building events to help foster the One Weatherford culture.
Responsible for monitoring and coordinating worthwhile community industry events, and engaging local and regional personnel to participate in those events.
Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
QUALIFICATIONS

 SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Self-confidence and motivation, decisiveness, flexibility, sound business judgment, and determination
Exceptional ability to work with and motivate others.
Advanced computer skills, including use Microsoft Office products. Good presentation skills.
Knowledge of and experience in Sales Force
Most have oilfield experiences, preferably with drilling, completions and production (or knowledge of the above).
