Major responsibilities:


  • Effectively manage and deliver timely and accurate information (data, models and documents) that are integrated and transferred from Contractors project team to Owners operations team.
  • Setup and manage information and automation technology for a project team

  • Develop and manage project specific automation budgets and schedules as well as Information management plans
  • Act as conduit for ensuring proactive communication and collaboration for all Information management issues between various project execution locations
  • Manage and deliver the project's Master Document Register (MDR), Vendor Document Register (VDR) and Master Tag Register (MTR)


  • Requires basic knowledge of administrative practices and company standards
  • Demonstrated strong knowledge of industry standards and design criteria within the engineering industry
  • Knowledge of engineering data management systems
  • Proficient knowledge of project engineering processes and procedures
  • Proficient execution planning skills
  • Strong in organizing and managing complex engineering data management activities
  • Working knowledge of the EPC business and TIC estimating processes
  • Knowledge of proposals and bid processes
  • Good communication skills
  • BS in an Engineering, Information Management, or related technical degree field with a minimum of 3 - 10 years of experience as a Project Information Manager (or equivalent)
  • Experience using electronic data management systems for collecting, controlling, normalizing, reporting and delivering project data
  • Experience working with large contractor organizations and performing effectively in a multi-disciplinary, multicultural environment
  • Experience with the complete EPC project lifecycle from proposal through final handover
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA for any employer other than you current employer.
