At ABB Figeholm we develop, manufacture and sell insulation products to the transformer industry worldwide. As Area Sales Manager, you will be a part of our sales organization and be provided with large networks, wide responsibility and great opportunities to operate on a global arena.

Tasks:
Your responsibility will be to manage your own market segment and its' customers, increase sales, further develop as well as identify new markets in order to secure our future growth. Developing sales strategies and new businesses, will be included in your responsibility, as well as conducting customer visits, seminars, exhibitions and negotiations. This position includes business trips and meetings with customers and other business partners worldwide.

At the very center of events you will work closely with our sales organization and travel the world to ensure excellent relationships with customers and local sales offices, as well as securing our competitive advantage. This will also give you a great insight into the global organization within ABB, since the work runs in close collaboration with coworkers within the Swedish ABB units, but also together with our international ABB colleagues. You will gain an extensive understanding of the market and how to do business, as well as the competitive situation. As a foundation, you hold a minimum Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience, along with experience from sales and/or leading positions. Fluency in English and Swedish is required, whereas additional languages will be to your advantage.
