I am recruiting for a HR Manager 70KM South West of Cologne, Germany to work within the Filtration Division for my client an International Power company.
Act as a business partner, strategic solution provider, advisor and counsellor.
Understand the Filtration business strategies and drive the Organizational Capability Assessment process to identify and implement action plans to improve organizational capability.
Maintain a strong relationship with the Groups Works Council in Germany and lead the negotiations to ensure changes are appropriately communicated and agreed upon prior to implementation.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to identify top talent that meets the needs for professional, managerial, and technical capability.
Employ coaching, consulting and facilitation skills to influence behaviour and business decisions consistent with Values and Philosophy.
Manage the deployment of the Employee Survey process; complete analysis and monitor action plans necessary to drive positive employee relations.
Ensure that the performance management practices are fully integrated and that the processes are completed to raise the performance bar of the businesses. Administer compensation programs to assure competitive pay practices through systems that reward superior employee performance.
Participate in special projects and task groups as required.
Manage training needs identification, training program development and deployment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Organizational Development, Psychology, or Business Administration from an accredited institution
Minimum 5 years HR experience in some of the following areas: Staffing, compensation, employee relations, reward and recognition, and organizational development
