  • To review all processes and see where any improvements can be made


Qualifications
Essential:
  • Passion for customer service and willing to provide a leading service
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to take and assertive and diplomatic approach with colleagues, senior managers and stakeholders
  • Flexible travel/working location
  • Ability to interpret and present MI
  • CRB
 
Desirable:
  • Customer orientated
  • Interest in energy efficiency
  • Awareness of CWI/LI/EWI and heating
  • Vision
 
Additional Information
The programme has a duration of 48 weeks.
The role is located at Greenwood, Coventry.
