  • Support in the collection, evaluation and categorization of project requests and the planned measures for annual planning
  • Support the assessment and prioritization of HR and IT projects based on defined criteria
  • Ongoing monitoring and reporting on the portfolio and therefore act as the single point of contact to the stakeholders and project leads with regards to project updates, decisions, issues, risks, performance, budget changes etc.
  • Responsible for Project approval process, the aggregation and consolidation of information on projects within the portfolio and coordination of and feedback to the stakeholders in strong cooperation with Operating Model Governance
  • Participate in the definition of general conditions of the annual business planning (definition of planning milestones and alignment with other planning processes within the company, Mid Term Planning, IT budgets, Management Consulting spend, ...)
  • Support and coordinate global-local exchange of best practices in project management methods and standards (e.g. via community, group of interest etc.)
  • Contact person for all local and global HR BSC counterparts regarding HR/IT project and portfolio management as well as resource management for the Business Service Center
  • Support in developing and monitoring Resource Management Processes
  • Responsible for further enhancing and updating the project management guidelines and methodology

  • Higher business education (Bachelor, Master, MBA)
  • Proven practical experience in Project Management or related Consulting Expertise
  • Competence in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong Customer Orientation andĀ ambitionĀ to work solution oriented
  • Ability to work together in a team as well as independently
  • Pragmatic and target oriented way of working
  • Business Fluency in German and Englisch
