To ensure that Procurement SAP systems meet the business requirements of purchasing, receiving and storing nuclear plant related materials, equipment and services, so that Barakah Nuclear Power Plant requirements are met in a safe, compliant, timely, and efficient manner to ensure safe and reliable operation and maintenance of the Nuclear Power Plant.

Procurement SAP Systems 
• PSC representative for the Operational Management Systems (OMS) software programs that will run Barakah Nuclear Power Plant
• Design and implement User Acceptance Testing of Procurement Systems received from the Prime Contractor as part of the OMS
• Identification of gaps between requirements and industry best practice
• Benchmarking as required
• Development of business functional specifications
• Define and resolve interface issues across disciplines and modules

Quality Assurance
• Ensure that all work carried out is of the highest standards of safety and quality, and in compliance with the department and company-wide quality assurance program, in order to effectively support safe and reliable plant operation
• Support continuous learning and application of industry best practices in order to maintain the highest quality of procurement workmanship
• Promptly report quality related issues or deficiencies on procurement activities to line management
• Maintain vigilance against counterfeit, fraudulent and suspect items

Training and Qualifications
• Successfully complete all required initial and continuous training courses and requirements in order to attain and maintain the required qualification and certification in areas of specialization
• Strive to improve NPP technical knowledge level, understanding of overall plant operation and maintenance, and impact of procurement activities on safe, reliable and cost-effective operation and maintenance of NPP

Planning, Reporting and Systems
• Develop reports and statistics in area of work
• Solicit feedback on user satisfaction
• Keep all documentation up-to-date and available in the appropriate system
• Make maximum use of available systems; support implementation of enhancements and new systems
• Prepare analyses to provide ensure data and procedure integrity/quality, and provide information to management
• Provide Ad hoc and formal Training, including preparation of training and reference materials

Procedures
• Ensure effective implementation of and adherence to Procurement procedures and processes
• Ensure alignment between systems and procedures
• Participate in review and update of procedures

Skills

Bachelor degree in ICT or Engineering or related experience with procurement systems at Nuclear Power

4-5 years relevant SAP/equivalent systems experience in operating Nuclear Power Plant. Only candidates with relevant years of experience in the Nuclear Industry will be considered for this role.

Relevant Procurement Certifications

• Expertise in industry best practices
• Fluency in written and spoken English Language
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• SAP implementations

Education

Bachelors in ICT or Engineering
