We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Director of Operations, for our non-nuclear business based out of Charlotte, NC.

In this position, the Director of Operations can expect to be responsible for the following:
 
  • Working with the PCoE and the Director of EPC and Services Business, establish excellence standards for which all work will be delivered
  • Working with the PCoE and the Director of Business Development, establish streamlined process for business development, including estimating practices
  • Provide resources demand signal for all functional/matrixed resources required to support delivery of New Co projects
  • As a support function to the Director of EPC and Services Business, provide oversight of project performance/metrics
  • Interface with the other non-nuclear product lines to ensure process efficiencies are shared

Job Requirements
The successful candidate for this position will possess the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or related technical discipline required.  Advanced degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction or Business preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the EPC industry
  • Proven experience re-engineering of business processes and systems to create efficiencies and reduce costs.
  • Must have experience in organizational change and establishment of governance, operating models and systems and tools.
