The Renewable Energy (RE) Parts Lead Customer Order & Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for working with multiple team members providing oversight of key operational aspects within the Americas Parts Fulfillment team.

Essential Responsibilities

You will assure appropriate support is provided in the areas of quotations, order management, Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) / Non-conformance Reports (NCRs), sales reporting, part identification, contract management, and on-time delivery performance for the external and inter-company parts streams. This position includes external customer contact, order processing and fulfillment execution. Additionally, this role may require daily interface with the GE Renewable parts warehouses, wind farm site managers, field engineers and product support teams to provide the site spare parts requirements.

As the Renewable Energy Lead Customer Order & Fulfillment Specialist, you will:
• Provide oversight of key operational aspects within the Americas Parts Fulfillment team including quotations, order management, Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) / Non-conformance Reports (NCRs), sales reporting, part identification, contract management, and on-time delivery performance
• Work closely with external customers to provide quoting and pricing needs, as required
• Work closely with the identified key customer accounts
• Lead weekly sales reporting efforts for assigned accounts in support of the operating plan
• Expedite urgent customer (internal / external) part needs with cross functional team
• Direct responsibility of GE internal and external customer parts order processing and fulfillment within Oracle ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
• Work closely with the Parts Fulfillment, Field Service and Sourcing teams to identify new parts and support Engineering's effort to assign new GE part numbers as needed
• Coordinate with the Fulfillment Expeditor, Global Planning and Sourcing teams to ensure that the central warehouse carries the proper level of inventory to fulfill customer part needs



Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service, parts management or material control experience including a minimum of 3 years of data analysis experience with Excel
