Client: Office of General Services

Location: Albany, NY

We are currently seeking an exceptionally motivated Administrative Assistant to support NY Office of General Services. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project management team from company business development through construction completion and closeout.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Perform Vendor Responsibility reviews on contractors and consultants
  • Assistance with other Division office management functions
  • Providing customer service to the general public and internal staff
  • Requires strong written and oral communication, and research /analysis abilities
  • Able to review contract payments, cost review, payment auditing, cost auditing, job costing, and invoice review
  • Work may include the review of contract related documentation to ensure compliance to the OGS policies and procedures


  • 2+ years of prior administrative experience, construction experience required
  • Accounting experience required
  • Must possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, P owerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience reviewing commercial insurance policies for contract compliance preferred
  • US Citizenship required
  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position; first preference will be given to local candidates.
