ABB is currently developing the IS PMO Organization to consolidate and deliver high quality IS services to ABB business units around the globe and focus more of our attention to innovation and development. Joining the ABB IS PMO Organization, you will have the opportunity to work in a high-paced, international environment, solve complex problems and grow together with the rapidly developing business. For our growing global team, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Global IS PMO Training and Certification Manager to build our Project Management capability.

Tasks:
The core responsibility of Global IS PMO Training and Certification Manager will be to deliver IS Project Management Training and Certification services and ensure all ABB PMs are certified as required.

As a Global IS PMO Training and Certification Manager, you will:

• Manage IS PM training portal, IS PM certification system and required IS PM eLearning;
• Provide advice and support to the installation of new or changing of existing IS solutions/services. When involved, you will deliver the appropriate IS solution/service according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), in time, in budget and at quality;
• Proactively support the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IS Services. You will also iinterface and leverage ABB Project Management practice;
• Ensure compliance of all Global PMO roles definitions with ABB HR Global Standards;
• Define and implement IS Project Management certification program and broader IS PM Talent Management Model (competency assessment and competency development);
• Provide leadership to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice normally without carrying line responsibility.
• Ensure all required aspects of Global PMO organization talent management, training and certification, are defined and implemented;
• Ensure IS Project Management, IS PMO and IS Project Portfolio Planners competencies and trainings are defined and implemented;
• Define and maintain standard job profiles for Global PMO Organization and ensure they are used consistently and globally;
• Ensure IS Project Assessors competencies and trainings are defined and implemented;
• Support PM Pool Manager with organizing IS PM Trainings;
• Communicate with global IS PM community about all aspects of Global IS PMO organization talent management;
• Identify, propose, advise and implement existing IS technology and IS solutions/services, sharing knowledge and guiding others on implementation and operation while using understanding of existing technology and business requirements;
• Interface and leverage external training providers.

Requirements:
• Above 1 year of IS experience within the relevant IS domain;
• Profound IS technology knowledge combined with basic understanding of the overall context of business processes and the IS technologies impact;
• Profound knowledge of ITIL processes;
• Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar;
• Fluent spoken and written English;
• Experience in defining talent management models;
• Training and competency development experience;
• Experience in building and leading trainings and eLearning;
• Knowledge of ABB HR processes (talents management, acquisition, development, performance, appraisal, leadership development, etc.);
• Strong ccommunication and presentation skills;
• Ability to leverage Sharepoint, Yammer, Inside ABB, Blogs, for other modern communication media;
• Strong nnegotiation and influencing skills;
• Strong leadership skills.
