The ABB Global Business Services - Information Systems organization (GBS IS) is a unique unit working on infrastructure services and software development which supports business processes of ABB across the world. Everyday a team of talented developers, infrastructure experts, project managers and other specialists works on advanced IT solutions which improve efficiency of our company.

Tasks:
• Support in English for internal customers of SAP HR and global HR processes;
• Support for key users and service events associated with the proper functioning of the SAP HR system;
• Monitoring customer requests , logging them in the system , solving L1 incidents, in the case of serious problems submitting them to the next line of support (L2 and L3);
• Providing status information of incidents for the customer, requesting additional information, updating incidents record;
• Closing incidents and informing customers about incident resolution;
• Identify and escalate critical and urgent incidents;
• Support user access management and password management;
• Preparation of weekly and monthly operational reports (e.g incidents' status, quantity, time to resolution etc.).

Requirements:
• Very good knowledge of English (B2/C1);
• Very good communication skills;
• Willingness to help;
• Analytical skills, accuracy, reliability;
• Student of IT or other Technical field (preferably 3rd or 4th year);
• Teamwork attitude.
